Bought ths unfinished 104 two weeks ago. Still haven't smoked it because I cannot decide which tobacco to use for the first bowl.

Ok... I've been smoking some simple burly blends to break it in. Gave it a light wipe with olive oil and a soft cloth. I'm liking the color now.

I have over a dozen Molinas and I'm happy with them. They may be inexpensive, but they have a really good draw and most are very stylish.

I have two: one billiard and one bent (Dublin?). I’m relatively new to the hobby. I have 7 pipes so far and I think the Molina are my favorites along with my Savinelli Roma Lucite. They smoke better than a couple pipes I have that cost twice as much. I’ll continue collecting Molina to find what shapes I like best. They look great too, imho.

That layer of oil really brought the grain out!

I have 12 Molina pipes of various styles and shapes and every one is a great smoker. To me they are the best pipe for the money. I have more expensive pipes, but they don't smoke any better than my Molinas.

My experience as well.
