The Tudor is one of the most attractive pipes, I have ever seen. I can't tell from the photo, but I find most Ferndown pipes to be too big heavy and robust feeling - this one looks a bit more elegant.

I love the five Ferndowns I have. Always looking for another to add to the collection. The 1 star Dublin and spigot on the left are more normal group 4 sized pipes while the billiards on the right are quite chunky and the 3 Star in the middle is a serious piece of briar.

Thank you, db. It is a Tudor Root **. The shape is an unusual take on a Rhodesian.

Although my L.Wood Canadian quicky became one of my most smoked pipes, it isn't the iconic silver spigot... I got lucky and didn't have to wait too long untill I scored one of those too.
