Reminds me of my first Samoyed.

Had one growing up. Smartest dog I ever knew.
The ONLY problem was the dog shed like crazy in summer. With the fans we had going on all over the house, dog hair (and I mean lot) was all over - even floating in the air! lol. It got in everything - food, clothes, you name it.
Still - great dog.

You don't want a Corgi for sure. Year round shedding. They say it's seasonal but to me that means four seasons. No matter, I still love them.

Glad there are a lot of animal lovers here, especially dogs. AS it has been said by many intelligent men "A merciful man is merciful to his beast".
I have two pit mix rescues. One a friend found and i took in, another i found in south philadelphia near a highway living in a small wooded area. She hates all other animals except my other dog.

they are quite a treasure.
