Ok guys....

There's a lot of talk about Lazy Boy's...

So here is the way it was and a couple of up-grades:

New chair, New flat screen, and small chest of drawers for my cellar...

Don't forget pachinko Lawrence!
I would post where I smoke, but I smoke outdoors and all my pipe stuff is in the brewery/music studio/pipe room upstairs. It's really not much of a picture, just my patio.
Well, okay, actually, this is an exciting picture of the area...on brew day. Just imagine it without all the stuff in the way. I know what you're thinking, pretty sweet!!

Agree so wholeheartedly regarding that sun-room.
Stylin' with a capitol S!
If my son ever gets out on his own,(24 and still at home?), his room is mine.

Pics of that event may be quite some time in coming...

For Spring and summer, I'm relegated to the patio. I'm working on a spot in my insulated garage for the winter months. I have some decent Polk speakers on the patio and get to read or watch the bird feeders. That is one place I like to escape television.

the wife was just talking about putting one of those on the back of the house...now to find the money for it.
They can get a bit costly. My advice is just make sure it's made by a company that has been around a good while and not in threat of closing anytime soon. We had a couple of issues a year after getting it built and the company closed. Tried contacting the manufacturer for spare things and they were pretty much no help.
That sounds kinda familiar, Bubba. I was 17 and parents moved into a smaller house. My dad just told me "Sorry, no longer have room for you. Why don't you see if you can live with your grandparents."
