Acquired this Aran 10 Canadian in a pretty sad state. The Pompeiian amount of lava indicates that the tenon was snapped off in the pyroclastic flow. The 10 seems to have a shorter shank than the 264 while having a substantially chubbier bowl. The rustication coupled with the shorter shank and chunkier proportions give this pipe a much more Italian feel than a typical Peterson. I replaced the broken tenon with a black delrin tenon, cleaned/de-lava-ed, and polished it up.
