Absolutely stunning, if you ever decide to pass it along, I call dibs!!!Here’s s Peterson Deluxe 999 with condenser. A couple of things stand out. I’ve never seen white lettering and I’ve never seen N over L. I’ve had a lot of Pete’s cross through my hands and this pipe is a first for those two things. It has pretty good grain earning the Deluxe title.

Why the 'P' behind the 307?
Maybe the craftsman at K&P really wanted to stick it to the Kapp bros. with that particular pipe?I do not know. I have 3 pipes that are 307P. One of the Peterson mysteries.

Wow. Well, I will dig out my examples and post them here for the consideration of you and other CPG's. Mine were all straight billiards from the 1940's if I'm remembering correctly, and none had the white lettering.I do not, I have never seen it before now.
