went on vacation and picked this up at a local antique store today
Since it´s Sepiolite september I ordered this.
I could not decide which colour would be best so I took 3 stems since my neighbour is going to Turkey and can bring the pipe without need to pay extra taxes. If the package would be sent to Finland it goes through customs.
Yeah that’s a great choice for a great pipe. I think yellow might be my favorite.

Just received this estate meerschaum pipe by mail today. Made in Tanzania. By the "Tanganyika Meerschaum Corporation Limited".

I have just received this nice meerschaum pipe by mail. It's not new but it has not ever been used.

In the ad. they said "large meerschaum pipe" but no further dimensions in the text. So I expected a somewhat bigger pipe than usual but this pipe is really huge.
Not for daily use at all but it is a very nice pipe anyway.

I think this is a Meer? Definitely not briar...Maybe a cheater precolored Meer. Its a Barling Ive had sitting around for a long time. Happy to know a little more about it.
It’s African meer, made by the Manx/Laxey Pipe factory on the Isle of Man. It’s dyed, as were all Manx pipes.
Thanks Rustie! Its a good little smoker. Id use it more often but I tend to not reach for billiards. I use it as a travel pipe since it doesnt need to rest. It also takes up less space in a pipe bag compared to curved stems.

I love my African meer Pete's also made by Manx/Laxey, they dye em because African meer doesn't color no matter how much you smoke it. Your's is a very nice looking smooth example.
