Show Off Your Christmas Trees

Not a very good picture, but this is what I get to sit and look at every night!

Tree and decorations. Next up, the village and train.

And done. We have a lot of fun with the village. If anyone has a "Tobacco Shop" give me a shout, but I guess the anti's have eliminated that village staple.

Even the dog gets into the act

The stockings aren't yet hung by the chimney with care, but the cat found them a cozy bed by the fire.

Well we finally managed to get the tree up and decorated this weekend. Also got the lights outside done so now I can relax. As for why the white lights Pat.....because my wife told me to! I'm colour blind so I have trouble with matching things up so I've left all the decorations exactly as she would want them so that they look nice.
Here's my tree, we used to have a skirt.....then our cat decided to um, spoil it.


And here are my little helpers!


And I had to move my pipe and tobacco cabinet to put the tree up, I hope they realize the sacrifice they've asked me to make!!!

Next year, just put Christmas ornaments and lights around the pipe cabinet.

What a wonderful thread, thank you for getting this started, Peck. I've had my tree up since Black Friday - the day I decorate my house every year. I'll get a picture of it tonight to contribute.
