No Lee-Enfields?Actually, I collect and shoot old bolt action military surplus rifles, mostly 1890's through 1960's.

S&W's have the sweetest trigger of any revolver.
"Typical gun owner rage". ?Just discovered this thread. I've been licensed to carry concealed in New York since '84, am a peace-lovin' man, and smoke a pipe. Call me crass or even ill-bred, but after gunning someone down in a rabid frenzy of typical gun owner rage, I tend to favor the full flavor of a good cigar. Don't know why.
Kurt, So sorry for your loss. Think of him when you shoot those!Well, sad story. My step Dad passed away in July due to complications from bypass surgery. He was an avid collector of the .22 and had most of these when I was a kid. Was a major pain getting them all shipped from California to Georgia (and costly) but they are in a good home. Will be passed down to my kids along with the 30 or so I already owned. I miss the guy and think of him every time I hold one.

Nice to see a responsible gun owner using a secure cabinet for his collection.Well, sad story. My step Dad passed away in July due to complications from bypass surgery. Yeah, I can imagine. Have a couple of Derringers chambered for .32 ACP and can’t readily find ammo for them these daysNo way to "home protect" with my .58 Zouave carbine, as I haven't seen musket caps anywhere for some years now.
