That there is called a Nimrod. Not sure how hard they are to find this day and age
Got mine NOS from eBay a few years back for $25. The other is a Bowers Trench Lighter from the '30s, also purchased NOS from eBay.

Cranse- What a fine collection. I was looking for when butane was first used, so far, before 1950, but no definitive date.
And in so looking I came across this, interesting, but of little value. She evokes Christina Hendricks, but overdid the silicone.

Here are some of my favorite of lighters...first one is an old Dunhill gold butane.

The second pair is a really old favorite of mine 2 Beattie jet lighters and yes they still work just fine.

I LOVE my Kiribi lighter, but basically pointless in the wind. I use it mainly for indoor smoking time. The other 99% of the time I use my Zippo with the butane insert.

My old brass Zippo with a Thunderbird butane insert. I love it for lighting my pipe. I just wish it held more butane so I didn't have to refill it so often. It is the perfect pipe lighter and it makes that satisfying Zippo "click" when I close it.

After struggling with butanes for a couple of months, I gave it up to go back to the ever reliable old Zippo. I got this one to celebrate the occasion:

Two of them, the others are James Upshall. The humidor is also by Dunhill.
