Nice work Pylorns, Papipeguy my areas are similar. A porch for warm weather and a garage for cold..although there are plans in progress.

Today's update - added another shelf to the side of my cabinet for more pipes and tobacco:

I've obviously got to finish staining but I wanted function to clear my table off.

@dochudson that't not power - all my power is in the walls. That's cat5e coming from one side to the other. This man cave is fully wired to host 5-6 computers. As I do a lot of work on computers I just wanted to drop my cables from the rafters where I needed them. Fully gigabit, none of that wireless crap.

Excellent post pete03 - and great man cave too. I don't have a man cave. I smoke in my living room when it's warm enough to exhaust the smoke out with a fan. Otherwise I'm on my porch or in the basement!
Nice pics everyone - keep on sharing.
pylorns, great pics, thanks for sharing.
BB, yours is awesome, nice set up.

My basement, the only area of the house that I have any say over.

Photo wall I put up. The idea for it was "icons." Either people or moments. Tailored to my tastes, though other teams I am not fans of are represented just because of who or what it was. Respect.

My memorabilia wall: Ohio State helmet, Denver Broncos helmet. Mini Broncos helmet autographed by Brian Dawkins, Elvis Dumervil and Daniel Graham. Soccer ball autographed by some members of the 2010 MLS Cup Colorado Rapids team. Baseballs autographed by Todd Helton, Carlos Gonzalez and Matt Belisle. Ubaldo Jimenez "No hitter" autographed picture. Carlos Gonzalez bobblehead. 1996 and 2001 Stanley Cup Finals pucks. Autographed pucks by Joe Sakic and Matt Duchene.

NOT PICTURED: A basketball court floor board autographed by the 2012 NCAA Final Four Champion Kentucky Wildcats team. An art print of Dallas Cowboys TE Jason Witten stiff arming an Arizona Cardinals defender. Framed front Page and Sports Section of the Colorado Avalanche winning the 2001 Stanley Cup. Framed Sports section of Todd Helton's retirement.

Love my basement.

I too rent. So mine is the garage, the back of which has a nice sized addition. I'm out here until it gets too cold. I tried heating the back part the first year and couldn't get it above 50 degrees. Our lease doesn't say no smoking, but I try to keep it to a minimum. We're planning on buying next fall and I WILL HAVE MY ROOM!!!

Cbragg, your basement is awesome! I love all the football stuff! Being a Packers fan, I especially like the Lombardi/Starr picture! I'm also a Peyton Manning fan, so the Broncos stuff is cool too! He's a UT alum and, IMO, one of the greatest QB's to ever play the game! I think this is his year to win another ring!
Pipingruotsi, your garage is a lot nicer than mine! When I smoke in my garage I have 3 seats to choose from; a camping chair, the law mower or the motorcycle. I do have a mini fridge down there, but it rarely has anything in it. I'm thinking of putting a pool table and a couch down there sometime next year though!

Thanks, Pete. I spent the better part of a college semester writing a final project about Lombardi. Read the David Maraniss biography "When Pride Still Mattered." I love history, and sports history has it's own important place in culture. That wall was some random choices (couldn't fill up the entire wall with everything that could be considered awesome) and some I felt needed to be there more than some others. Bobby Orr and Mickey Mantle were the "on the bubble" pics that made it up.

petes, I used to have a pool table. It was a lot of fun, but didn't really fit in the space. My space would be the perfect size for one, now. But then, I wouldn't have room for my tools! Tools trump pool table for me...
