I sent Jesse a pm, but let me also add to this post.

Jesse, what a great and generous offer to those of us who could never afford to buy some for ourselves. Enjoy hearing what Jesse has to say regarding pipes...always a treat.
Being retired has it's draw backs (poverty).

I received mine and have been extremely excited to have my first bowl. I recently purchased a new pipe and this will be used to break it in!

The lack of availability/seeing a couple of threads on this site selling 11 8oz bags for $1000 has kept me away from Esoterica. I believe I'll stick with easier tobacco. Aside from that, I enjoy seeing these posts. The generosity with people here is remarkable.

He was in fine form at the West Coast Pipe show, but then felt a bit under the weather after he got home. He will be back
It was great to meet him and a few other fellow forum members, who are real collectors, not wannabes like me.

Hi Guys. Glad that you got the smoke! Enjoy!
As for the member selling his Stonehaven stash, you should all know that it was his generous gift to me of an 8oz bag that enabled me to conduct the giveaway. Things aren't always what they seem.
On the morning that I was to leave Vegas to return home I was nailed by a kidney stone, my first in almost 20 years. It's not passing, so I'm having a procedure (don't ask, you'll all be crossing your legs...) next week to remove it if conditions don't improve.

I've had them blasted. I feel for you. I had twelve attacks in three months back when I was taking black and white photography classes in college. Turns out the chemicals set them off for me. I even spent a whole day in college trying to pass one by jumping on a trampoline with drinking large quantities if horse piss beer. It sort of worked, ha ha. Except I kept falling off the trampoline.
I hope all goes well for you, and I hope they can ease the pain for you. Get better.
