I recently landed an awesome Peterson Short Army 68 smooth, and I’m convinced it’s the sample from the PPN349 series rollout edition.
It’s awesome, and in great shape, but it’s chamber is .90x1.64 and is much larger than my smoking style preference.
I’d be happy to keep it, but I know it won’t get much use.
I love the line and would like to swap it for a Short Army I’d use more.

I’m looking to trade it for a Short Army Smooth 65, X105, 87, 107 or sandblasted 01.
I’m only looking to trade, and other than the above shapes my interest would be limited to IFS 363/313 or straight army mount shapes of that era.

It looks hardly smoaked to me, and I can take more pics if interested.

Here’s some points of comparison from my pic and Mr Irwin’s pic from the rollout PPN article:

I did get it directly from Mark.

I was surprised upon receipt by the size of the chamber, and the measurements I posted were taken this morning with my dial calipers.
If it’s an anomaly, it may be from the fact Mark had it over a month prior to the actual release, I don’t know.
