Shipping News: A Box From Duckfat

I was interrupted from my pixel polishing late this afternoon by the sound of the mailman coming down the drive. We have a long gravel drive, and the dogs have a special whine/bark/yowl that they reserve for Dale, our mailman. Dale and I exchanged niceties and he left me with, amongst other things, a small flat rate box. Inside was Nirvana. A bag of Margate.
A few days earlier, when the Esoterica thread was young, I nonchalantly asked that if anyone had some Margate to trade or sell, please contact me. Duckfat, not knowing me from Adam, stepped up and made a generous offer of an 8oz. bag. I've tried Pembroke, and I liked it. Pembroke is Margate with Cognac flavoring added. So I really wanted to try the basic blend. I would have been happy with a tin. But, despite the fevered pitch of the Esoteric thread, of which I've contributed in not always a wise manner, Duckfat offered up his bounty for what he had in it
Now, I don't wear hats that often, but I have one on now, and I'd like to take it off in salute of Duckfat. He could have listed his bag of Margate on eBay and easily doubled his money on it. Instead, he chose to help out a stranger, a relative newbie here.
