So, what's the story? Judge doing sheriff's daughter, or deputy raping two female prisoners? And why on earth sheriff shoot the judge in the chamber?
Every county I’ve known of occasionally has a deputy who screws women in the jail. Years ago they just fired the deputy, and now they put the deputy on probation in the “me too” era.
In Frankfort there is a closed circle of the highest status people in the county.
That judge and the sheriff were upper upper class socially, in Frankfort.
The sheriff is 43 and his daughter is barely legal at best.
The judge was married to the sister of the prosecutor’s wife. There’s no law to turn to.
So he went for his gun.
If the daughter is the motive.
If they were arguing over a legal decision of the judge the death penalty must be sought. This is what the death penalty is for.
The Sheriff protects the judge and executes the lawful orders of the courts.
And if he rebels he needs to be put to death.
