I can't resist a 9BC, even a Shamrock. This one had some decent grain and no signs of a fill.

Thanks folks. I really didnt need another 9BC, but it is smoking great, pipes with this kind of patina always appeal to me somehow.

The restoration pleases me no end. I love the way the grain jumps out, the chamber looks almost new, and the band and stem look better than new. The hint of patina really closes the deal since you can't buy that new. Bravo.
