SG Skiff Mixture vs Squadron Leader - ?

What is the difference between these two SG favorites? To me, they are quite similar, with Skiff seeming to be ever so slightly more flavorful. IMHO, both seem to be rather mild for SG offerings.

What I've always heard is that Skiff is more oriental heavy, vs SL which is pretty much virginia and latakia. I prefer Skiff personally--the tangy bbq oriental keeps it tasting fuller and more interesting.

I prefer Skiff. The Latakia is second fiddle to the Orientals whereas I get more influence from latakia is Squadron Leader. If I'm in the mood for more latakia, thee are several Pease blends that scratch that itch for me.

I always thought Skiff was similar to Dunhill’s Early Morning Pipe. SL I never really cared for. There are many other English blends I prefer to SL.
