Has anyone ever seen a pipe like this? If so, any ideas as to where I can buy one?
The man in the pic you posted is Luigi Radice, the maker of that pipe and founder of Radice pipes in Cucciago, Italy. Contact them, they will make pipes to order.

I hope he's smoking one blend in all three bowls. Or found a good enough harmony among 2-3 blends.
I think he's actually smoking the pipe in his right hand. I'm not sure if that one was ever intended to be smoked. I believe it's on display in the Radice workshop.
The tricky part is finding a pipe cleaner that will do the job for that thing.

That's a pipe that cries out for an audience, or at least a photographer. Otherwise, one chamber is sufficient. Imagine the relights.
