With the caveat that I am DEFINITElY prejudiced in favor of it
have heard Black Frigate is pretty good
it's quite simply magnificent. There are those who don't care overmuch for it, but that's up to them. ME & my brothers of the BF, yeah, we're in favor of it. :)

Most of the blends I have bought have been bulk, with the exception of Peterson Sweet Killarney which was in a tin. Do you guys think tobacco in the tin is better and more flavorful or bulk? I haven't had any issues with bulk since as soon as I get it I store it in a mason jar so it still keeps it fresh. I know many blends are only available in a tin so that's why I asked.

I would highly suggest sampling the Stokkebye flakes (Luxury Navy, Luxury Bullseye, and Luxury Twist).
For Virginia or Viringia-Perique blends definitely try Orlik Golden Sliced, Escudo Navy Deluxe, Mac Baren's HH Pure Virginia.
For Burley blends I'd say try Mac Baren's HH Burley or Old Dark Fired. C&D has a Burley flake line that's worth trying out.
I'm not a fan of English or Balkan blends, so I wouldn't be of any help for suggestions in those genres.
