Your lack of experience can be a problem, you got to get comfortable with drying out your tobacco to the right moisture first and doing that with flakes is more difficult than non-flakes before you can enjoy FVF. The problem is it comes so freaking wet that if you try to enjoy it as is, or even after considerable drying time, it will most likely be too wet to enjoy. It takes a lot of patience to get it down right but when you do it's amazing stuff!

Yep, I just figured if a lot of people have issues with it then perhaps I should off of on it for the moment - but like I said, eventually I'll give it a go.
And I'm really excited - haven't had flake tobacco yet. Should be a fun experience :)

Virginias are very hard to obtain now. Some of my favorites are "Out of Stock" at this time. I would strongly suggest Dan Tobacco Hamborger Veermaster as a special very flavorful Virginia that is a classic. Finally, McClelland's is known for their Virginias and I like Mature Virginia #27 the best.
