I'm surprised nobody mentioned SG Bob's Chocolate Flake yet, a crossover English aro -- maybe because it's almost always out of stock?

In the recent SP feeding frenzy when they announced some SG blends in stock, I jumped on a tin of CH flake, which is also cocoa topped, thinking it was Bob's! Doesn't get very good reviews, but I'll give it a shot and report back.

Smoking a tin of more recent HU Makhuwa and it seems to have lost some of that chocolate note. I’m also enjoying C&D Pegasus, but obviously no cocoa or molasses topping.

Looking for something similar to Pegasus but with a mild chocolate room note. Preferably something available in bulk.

Maybe a little out of left field but get yourself from KBV Burley Morning Pipe and then mix that with any one of the classic vapers, say something like Elizabethan Mix. You can kind of play with the ratios to tweak the flavor but I think the general profile could be what you're looking for.

I note a cocoa note in Makhuwa, but I didn't think it was from an actual chocolate topping. Is it?
I think not, for me it's the Malawi Burley. But others consider that this blend has a light topping.
As I understand it, the blend has become less chocolate-y with the American release.
I wouldn’t know though because all of mine is from Germany 2022 and I find that plenty chocolatey.

I only tried the Sutliff J4 well after it was pretty much gone, but it's a banger of a chocolate-forward burley.

For a cocoa-tinged blend that's easily available and delicious beyond all belief, I can't recommend highly enough WCC's Deluxe Crumb Cut.
I have the deluxe crumb cut on the list. Is it a full aro?

It's highly overrated anyway, imo. There's far better burly blends out there... like WCC's "F.U.S.T.G.!", but that's not going to be the "chocolaty" the OP is looking for.
I love most of Ernie’s blends but that one was a miss for me. Shame too because I absolutely love the name.

Golden extra for burley? I don’t get burley from golden extra.
Sure don’t get any chocolate from it.

It is classified as a burley based blend on Tobacco Reviews with cocoa/chocolate flavoring.
Yup was thinking of the Roll Cake I smoked last night for some reason.
Golden extra is burley.
Chocolate notes are hard for me to find, but they are slightly there.
Don’t think there is enough chocolate for the OP to consider as a replacement.
YMMV
