As the countdown to this year's Secret Santa begins, I wanted to give everyone an update as to where we are and where we'll be going over the next few months.
Starting this year, the Secret Santa sign-up will be done online. I've completed the online submission form, tested it, and it all looks good to go. Thanks to Condorlover's significant other for her substantial help in getting that done!
We will start the snow ball rolling on or about October 1st. This should leave plenty of time for everyone to sign up, for me to make the matches, and for participants to get their goodies into the mail. We will still have a forum thread here where we will post out likes, dislikes and general Secret Santa musings (that's half the fun!) but the online sign up will make things a lot easier on my end, because all that data will get automatically sucked into a spreadsheet, and there will be a lot less PM'ing, list-watching, etc. for me to do.
