I did an exhaustive search on this very subject not long ago and found very mixed opinions. The cardboard is foiled on the inside so I'm OK with that. I'm going to take a chance and cellar them as is. All my tins are stored in plastic totes, inside a dark dry closet. Don't see why they wouldn't hold up.I noticed that SPC uses a different TIN that is actually cardboard.
Are you guys cellaring in the stock packaging or are you opening and repackaging in mason jars??
In packaging...but now you've got me paranoid about it, so maybe I'll reconsider moving them all to jars. Are you guys cellaring in the stock packaging or are you opening and repackaging in mason jars?
