Thanks for showing a photo of the tin, Jwebb90. Note the canning code: TP-NC-628. That's not McClelland's code which is TP-NC-94. I am at home and not my shop right now, but I "think" C&D's canning code is TP-NC-628. So, while I don't know whether current Seattle Pipe Club blends are manufactured by C&D, I sure do think that early one that you showed a photo of, was.
Looks like McClelland's code is (was) TP-MO-0094. When C&D was in Morgantown, NC the code was TP-NC-628 and after the move to Myrtle Beach, SC they are now TP-SC 20001.
