Why do they keep doing the same old basic shapes?! These releases should have a couple of the more uncommon shapes in there, too. How about a 707, 504, 624, or 811? A pass for me this year.

They released a special edition Bings Favorite St. Nickolas last year, had the same coloring as the other St. Nicks. Was a few months after the initial drop. Not sure if that is something they always do. Was nice to see something different. Keeping an eye out, and funds set aside, for any special drops later in the year.

While it doesn't seem like a Christmas pipe to me, I do like the look of the 316 with this stem.

I was tempted by the Prince 315 but then I saw a lonely 2023 version of it with the blue stem, bought that instead.

The same shapes every year (would a 623, 699, 105, or 110 kill yeah?!) with questionable color schemes keeps me on the sidelines again disappointed.

Being new to pipes, I don’t know what a Christmas pipe is supposed to look like. So I bought a Savinelli 311KS from a local B&M. I like it a lot. Someone above asked about the filter and adapter. I pulled the filter out but did not install the adapter. Only smoked it once so far and it seemed okay. Do I need that adapter?

No, they smoke fine without the filter or adapter.
