I bought mine from SPC last year on July 10th. The 2022 one I purchased from them on July 20th.

I’ve been buying them since 2013, and don’t remember SPS ever selling them in July, especially the last 2 yrs. Maybe you get some insider preference. Nonetheless, looking forward to their availability this yr.

Why do they keep doing the same old basic shapes?! These releases should have a couple of the more uncommon shapes in there, too. How about a 707, 504, 624, or 811? A pass for me this year.

Yeah we need the 502 to come back with a tapered stem!

I bought my first St. Nicholas pipe last year in the Author shape and I love it. I really like this year's too so I will pick one up again, just can't decide on the shape yet. I like the bright yellow/orange stems and can get the feel of the holidays from them, but I agree with those who would like to see some other shapes available. Maybe a different stain as well, something to really set them apart as special and unique.

They were available in the UK end of last week, hypothetically. I may order one tomorrow, possibly - I'm leaning to it.

Nothing about those pipes even whispers "I'm a Christmas pipe."
I like Savinellis but I don't like the stems on those.

How about a few unfiltered ones, the space in the mortise that’s left when you remove the filter adapter just bugs me.

I do enjoy a good Sherlock Holmes story and follow a couple podcasters who specialize in sending out Holmes podcasts, but I've never felt a need to get a Sherlock Holmes pipe.

Maybe I’ll bite in the Canadian, only because it’s my favorite shape. However these are the least Christmas y pipes they’ve put out imo.

SPC will have them starting Wednesday 8/28 beginning at 6pm. I like them a lot. Im a sucker for vibrant colored stems. The ’burgundyish’ rustication with the tangerine stem and red accent band look great to me. Jewel tones have always been associated with Christmas, at least they have been an my Christmas trees, lol. I will be ordering the 614 tomorrow at 6:01.
