Savinelli Bowl Sizes

nice Sav! I like those big ones for some of the mild (McClelland or Rattrays) latakia blends. I think the flavors really open up with the wide bowl

My active rotation of a dozen and reserve stash of about 20 is less than a blip compared to most around here.
Still, I agree and have suppressed most of my eBay urges of late.
I don't want to be that guy in ten years having to remember which storage unit a certain pipe occupies... :crazy:

I really like wider bowl Savs, too.

I just got a new Sav a few weeks ago and realized that the reason I wasn't enjoying it much was because the proportions were off from what I like (wide, not too deep).

Now that I have that figured out, I'm basing what I'll buy next completely on this proportions.
