Sasieni Stinger - Original Or Not?

I have only seen the ball style stingers. But I also have noticed there are a few different patent numbers. Does anyone have any information what stinger this should have had? 1513428

Sasieni stingers have male threads and screw into the stem. That does not look like a Patent era Sasieni stinger to me. Here's a Four Dot era stinger, the ball you mentioned:

Something is telling me this stinger is original. Maybe I just want to believe it is. lol. It’s hard for me to imagine a stinger with the same thread pitch, depth, and size for something so minute. @jguss do you have any history on this?

You da man. Wishfull thinking on my part that it was some unique stinger. Thank you everyone @ssjones for the input. Case closed. No unique stingers other than the ball type.
