Thank you for the kind words gentlemen. They are sincerely appreciated ; I'm by far not a pro .
Believe the secret is not to overdo it.
No buffer involved, only the sweat of my brow . No carnaubawax either .
Next time will put on the gloves, this is annoying.
What made me really happy is to see the dots still being in perfect robin eggshell blue.

The blue dots are indeed stunnning.
Turned out nice and it was a very dirty puppy when I started working on it.
Too bad about the fingerprints and a little dust on the pics. GRRR.

I found it amazing that the stem had no tooth marks even though the pipe was clearly smoked often. Must not have been a clencher. Great job, beautiful pipe. I love classic shapes.

As did I , no toothmarks and it increased my interest a lot. The airway and mortise were relativley clean too (?)
Stem was heavily oxidized, on the sellers pics. it almost looked like a cumberland one
I'm not a clencher either , hate toothmarks on stems.
