Sanitizing jars for cellaring

My route as some;
1-Hand wash the jars and lids in hot water by hand with dish soap

2-Add jars "only" to dishwasher (mine has a sanitize mode) so I select quick rinse and then sanitize

3-Let all dry well and you are good to go!
Never had any issues after years of bacci storage in any of them

I rip and use fresh jars right out of the packaging provided they have not been opened by someone previously. Supposedly, they are sterile when packaged. If I am reusing a jar, I will dump boiling water in it for a minute then let it air dry. Never had any issues.

I wash with dish soap and then dry, never had an issue.

I just run the Jars in the auto Dishwasher on hot cycle and call it good no probs
