no, i think it was in $15-$20 last time. I could be wrong. Is $25 the regular price for Cabbie’s?

Strangely, that's never crossed my mind when I've been on the holding pattern........The site was down as it sometimes is when these drops happen. I called the office and made a purchase the old fashioned way. SP.com is still great with customer service as far as I’m concerned.️
It almost always works for me.Strangely, that's never crossed my mind when I've been on the holding pattern........
I was able to get through the queue on my mobile at 11:30.Turns out mobile devices will not get through the que. Pc got right in, but far too late.
I started at 9:08, then switched to pc about 11:30, maybe it was good timing.I was able to get through the queue on my mobile at 11:30.
Agreed 25 tins is just stupid.Wanted to get a bit of Cabbie's as well. I love SP, but allowing people to buy 25 tins at a time means that the pipe tobacco hoarders, scalpers and walking dead scoop up the inventory to the detriment of sp's wider customer base. Indeed, SP can conduct business as it wishes and selling the product is, of course, the ultimate business goal but it seems penny-wise and pound-foolish to not expand the customer base and, instead, have what can only be a small minority of said customers to monopolize and hoard the products.

Not too many convenient B&Ms in my location. I put in a notification and an email popped up. Just happened to be available when it was sent. Called and ordered a few nice blends and had no problem. To your point, B&Ms are definitely a good way to acquire tasty stuff when you’re late to the game on their notifications. It's their duty to feed TinBids.
BTW, even if you missed out on something, check with your local B&M, check other sites. I found online sites to be a very mixed bag, since word always leaks out days or weeks before a drop. The cool kids get the tip, and the rest do not.
Mostly, I bought the really hard to find stuff from B&M's, while reading complaints and whining about missing it on an online drop.
Figure it out.
Most people use the word "hoard" like it's a bad thing. I'm not sure, but I would guess I have enough tobacco "hoarded" to last me at least 5 years at my present rate. I don't consider it hoarding, but rather a hedge against inflation and tariffs. Simply a good investment.Wanted to get a bit of Cabbie's as well. I guess the way i smoke - with lots of blends open at a time in small jars available for immediate consumption on the smoking shelves - that a tin count of 10 per blend is cellaring relatively deep. I'm only about 5 or so tins deep on some of my favorites. If, on the other hand, a person only smoked a handful of blends, then my idea of a 10-count limit would be restrictive. I have some favorites that are hard to find, but that just means i dip into those jars a bit less than the blends that are readily available. Will keep me happy enough for my lifetime. Most people use the word "hoard" like it's a bad thing. When I lived in Burbank, the only B&M that carried a wide range of pipe tobaccos was Tobacco Trader, about 25 heavily traffic congested miles away in West Los Angeles. Not too many convenient B&Ms in my location.
