Hey Jorge, for the record, I'm an American living here for 5 years. My wife is Colombian. There's only a couple of places I've found tobacco in Colombia... Mercado Libre, which I have not ordered from. But I have ordered from here: Picadura Pipa - Habanos La Tabaqueria - https://www.habanoslatabaqueria.com.co/picadura-de-tabaco/. In Bogota. Very good people to deal with. I can order it through whatsapp and it'll arrive the next day.
