Sale Only Allowed in the United States

I recently took advantage of the discount price that was offered on C&D blends, ordering enough that I also had the benefit of their free shipping.
(About 15 tins)
Now that I’ve received them, I see that all but three of them are labeled for US sale only. The 3 exceptions were Bayou Night, Buffalo Soldier and Riverboat Gambler.
Are these older stock that the labels simply are not currently updated or are some allowed for international sales while others are not?

Maybe some silly regulatory requirement from some sillier governmental agency. I've plenty of those here: I don't live in the US.

that's just packaging. They can sell it other places just not those particular tins.

How are you supposed to know when you’re ordering? I did a search on the C&D site for “International Sales” and came up with a big blank!

Usually that type of labelling means it has been taxed at a different rate or had/didn't have a particular tax applied to it.

I guess it’s replacing the old “US tax exempt” stickers I used to see locally in Canada. But buying online I still get them.

We still have the best prices here anyway, don’t we?

Okay, you mean like import/export taxes!! Can’t be sending it out without a proper tariff, can we?
