Please accept my sincerest condolences at your mother's passing. I'm truly sorry for your loss. At least she's released from pain.
I gave up cigs in 1983 and have no desire to return to them.

Sorry for your loss mate. My mum will be 99 in a couple months, never smoked, never overweight, never had any major illness. She hasn't been in her right mind for several years and has no idea who I am anymore. If she knew who and what she has forgotten, she wouldn't want to live. It's not the years in a life, it's the life in those years.

My sympathies for your loss, Doug. I lost my mother about six months ago and every day was a struggle. She suffered much her final few years and I'm glad that she isn't suffering any longer but I still miss her and think of her daily. I hope it gets better for you in time.
