With current Euro to US Dollar exchange rates a Peterson is even more of a bargain in the USA than they’ve ever been.
Small imperfections in drilling or finish do not affect the smoking of any pipe nor the lifespan of it.
Look what $168 buys today:
The Three Star Lee pipes I love so much cost $10 75 years ago, which would be at least $150 today.
That 307 Peterson silver spigot is a much more deluxe pipe than any Lee for about the same real cost.
