P.S. Definitely look into the Swiss rifles like the K11 or K31 if you're ever in the market again.
Even though the surplus ammo availability has dried up in recent years they're still incredible. Probably some of the highest quality controlled military small arms ever manufactured at any time in the world from my experience.
They felt that due to their country's size and terrain their inherent strength lie in citizen militia, defensive/stronghold tactics, and (especially) accuracy.. we could learn a thing or 2.
There's a funny (possibly apocraphyl) story about the Kaiser's visit to Switzerland in 1912. He reportedly asked, "You Swiss are so proud of your 500,000-man citizen militia. But what will you do if a 1,000,000-man German Army comes marching across your border?" To which a Swiss Diplomat cooly quipped back "Shoot twice, then go home..."
