Any of you have any experience with Ruffoni brand cookware? Looking for feedback if you’ve used it or have it.
Thanks.

I haven’t used Ruffoni cookware, but I’ve used other copper cookware and whilst beautiful and excellent for cooking, they can be a real pain in the ass to keep looking good. I’m assuming that you want these to display as well as for cooking, if your only getting them for cooking, copper pans are truly excellent.

I was thinking of the copper roasting pan with the birds on it. Williams Sonoma has it for sale for $560. So, yes display and cooking. Specifically roasting chicken and vegetables.
As far as the rest, I was thinking of the stainless steel set.

The Ruffoni roasting pan you are wanting is a work of art. Truly. I would be scared to use it. Look forward to photos if you decide to pull the trigger. As an old-line cook and not as rich as most, I will stick with my cast iron and steel pans.
