Marty has a beautiful pipe of Rolando's up for sale on his site. I donated a pipe to that fundraising effort. Fishnbanjo bought it. When fishnbanjo passed away, I bought it back.

He was an outstanding pipemaker and one of the nicest people when you stopped by his table at pipe shows. He always had time to talk and show you his pipes. RIP

Impossible to know his mind, but one could imagine that having been talented and a creative, he might have been happier passing away; this choice not his to make nor for me to know, but perhaps of his choosing, than living compromised.
