Nate, right now it's 10:30 am New York time. You're in surgery, and I'm going to have a pipeful while I send some prayers your way.

Thanks again everyone! The surgery went well and I'm home now... turns out it REALLY hurts :(

Here's what they removed...

Glad to hear that everything went well, and am amazed to see you're home already! So what's holding you together without all that hardware in you? Hope your pain starts to go away over time, and it's nice to have you back here.

Damn, it hurts to imagine all that hardware being in your spine. You are a veteran of pain Nate. I'm a dental veteran from a lifetime of accidents and issues. I'm actually happy to have full dentures now.

Jeff, screw you :puffy:
I actually have dental issues as well, 5 implants and LOTS of crowns. Not full dentures... yet :( sorry to hear about that!

Good to hear from you! Nice doggy bag the hospital sent home with you. Hoping your pain meds kick in for you.

Yikes. I can only imagine you'll eventually feel better with that metal out. Glad you're back.

Here's hoping that the pain you are feeling is just 'recovery' pain and that the surgery allows you to resume or assume for the first time, a semblance of normalcy.

Can't wait for all the gory details!!
