I was eying some really nice Don Carlos pipes as well. Honestly, I think Italian handmade/craft pipes are my favorite (and I really like Savinellis as well, on the factory end of things).

I have several Radice pipes. There isn’t a single one that doesn’t smoke dry and completely. They are huge though, foe the most part. Good choice.

It will be by far the heaviest pipe I own when it arrives. But the best part is that it won my wife's approval. I mean, she practically begged me to buy it (right after she bought herself some dresses, of course).
