Reborn Pipes
are both in Canada.
I suspect there are better artisans in the US you could turn to, but, these guys generally do commendable restorations. I suspect they could fashion decent stems.
I'm pretty sure Steve Laug of Reborn Pipes is in Vancouver. I recall his brother is in the US.Reborn Pipes appears to be in the U.S. Their prices are all in U.S. dollars and it says to contact them for shipping outside the U.S.

You didn't steer me wrong. Steve at Reborn pipes (which is in Vancouver, but his prices are in U.S. dollars because most of his customers are American), has his stems made by Charles Lemon (Dad's Pipes) who's in Ontario. He'll be making me a brindle stem for my SRV at some point in the near future.I'm pretty sure Steve Laug of Reborn Pipes is in Vancouver. I recall his brother is in the US.
