Refreshing Stored Pipes

Hi guys. Been a while since I was on here or smoking. Had my pipes in storage (w a/c) for past 5 years or so. What is a cost efficient way to freshen up the stems and metal bands? Thanks in advance!
(In the bright side, I have many unopened tins that are all around 10 y/o or more!)

I use them on both. For heavy oxidation you may need a manicure block or micro mesh pads.
