Recent Meerschaums

I was fortunate enough to add 4 meerschaums to my collection. thought I would share pictures, since we all love pipers sending us pictures. :D

Very nice. I'm simple so I like picture #1. But the rest are very cool. I remember growing up my uncle smoked figural meers. He had a schooner shape that was massive.

Very nice, just starting to collect Meerschaums myself. An Indian with a headdress is high on my want list. :clap: Memories from childhood for me as well. A family friend had one, I was fascinated

Bought this one from SP, a Baki, wanted a plain porch smoker, good price I can knock it around and if Buddy my Catahoula chews it I won’t cry.

Lovely bunch of meers. I think my favorite is the Bacchus. Enjoy the heck out of them! :clap:

3rd guy.- I was able to find the bent, bacchus and Indian on Etsy, under the store name ''My Pipes Shop''. I found the 3 gems for a good value and good shape. bought the skull new on ebay. It is a SMS Meer. :puffpipe:

Nice pipes. I don't own a meer yet. Pipes 1, 3 & 4 would be something I'd be interested in. I'm not much of a skull guy. Great pipes though...enjoy.

You're off to a good start! Especially with Bacchus-- too many I see have nightmarish faces, with pupil-less eyes, horrible chomping teeth, and beards that look like a clump of gravel. If you want to see an amazing (new) Bacchus, look for Erdogan's work. That smooth bent billiard is a good bet for smoking to color.
