Real or Fake? Dunhill Pipe Rack

I really doubt that pipe manufacturers made their own pipe racks. It just seems like the kind of item that they could have anyone make and why would they expend the investment to make such things? A case in point is our local B&M has a Peterson 3 pipe rack made of ceramic. To my knowledge Peterson does not make ceramic anything.

Given all of this the price on said rack seems reasonable given today's market.

look's pretty much like all the other Dunhill racks I found online.. the seller has 100% so they can't be screwing too many people.

Yeah, I doubt they make it themselves but will happily put their brand name on it. It just surprises me that a brand like Dunhill would put their mark on something so shoddy as the one in the first post. The ones that Pitchfork posted seem at least a bit more quality for their respective eras. The first one didn't even look like they took the time to smooth out the holes done by the drill press, something that any self-respecting woodworker would do on a "quality" piece.

Looks fake to me, but I'm no Dunhill expert. Dunhill or not, I've seen a lot of racks of the same design(no Dunhill labels) at local antique stores for $10 to $20 all day long.
