One of my of my favorite dishes. Extra hot and extra peanuts. The Shangai in Boston always made the best. Not sure if they are still in business. It made your ass hurt for a few days.

Yeah, this is some real good stuff. The Chinese really know how to cook chicken. And with the optional peanuts it becomes a sensational dish.
