It would seem to me that the big money guys bringing these and the 'cigar named' blends in the other post out arent in the business of losing money and probably have more lawyers and lobbyists on the payroll than the FDA.
They will pay Bill a couple of million for a speech or two and their problem fades away..

Was told the other day by a customer service representative from P&C that when an item is listed as out of stock they either will not get it back in ( limited editions) or do not know if they will get any more. All the new Dunhill blends, there are 3 that I saw, are listed out of stock as are a number of other tobaccos they were not even on the site earlier this afternoon.

Please see Russ's response on the "Sneak Peek" thread he started.
According to him, normal "out of stock" rules don't necessarily apply to these forthcoming blends.

If Ye Olde Signe is a pure VA it will most likely taste very close to Elizabethan and vary only in strength. Likewise with Dark Flake and DNR. Just like Aperitif is MM965-lite, and all the other Dunhill English blends are Nightcap-lite (and minus the infinitessimal dusting of Perique) in varying degree. So if these two reissues don't end up in the US it's not a huge tragedy. It's the unique blends that will be affected that is a shame.
