I smoked a fair bit of it as a young'un in the high country of NC. I remember it fondly, but would not seek it out. Cob

A friend of mine is taking a trip back home to North Carolina this week and she kindly asked if there is anything she could bring back to Arizona for me.

Naturally, I showed her your rabbit tobacco photo and asked her, “if you see this any of this stuff still flowering on the side of the road, please try and smuggle some back across state lines so I can smoke it and talk about it on the internet.”
