What a wonderfully "evil" face that man had. Even if his only role was Hector he'd still have had an amazing career.
This is very sad. I would wave hello to him on occasion when passing on the street near my office during my lunch hour. I first remember seeing him on The Equalizer many years ago; I loved him in Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul.
That and Absolute Power are where I remember him from. Looking at his imdb entry I just found out he was also in some other movies I've watched, like Glory. RIP.
