So that's where that one went! Lucky you and congratulations. The 2 above are from FishnBanjo's estate. The man had great taste. I ended up buying 13 of his pipes... The rest are not what I would call quirky though.
That's awesome??
These are just a few of them. I enjoy weird pipes along with classic pipes.Jesse, cool looking pipes. I think besides the Tatum, I have never seen the rest of those. Who knew the Bard of Barling would veer off to pipes like that, well done.
No one likes a quirky pipe more than moi, which is why I've a number of them. Someday I'll get around to photographing more of them, but here are two from the patron saints of quirky pipes, Paul Tatum and Trever Talbert:
Very very cool collection of quirky Pipes thanks for sharing particularly that flame job my inner teen couldn't be happier.
??? Love it. Some crazy pipes you got there. Second of those duck heads in this thread. Not sure why but I rather diggem. And that second one down. Just cool as heck. It's the colors I'm looking for most in quirky Pipes so particularly like that one. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you thank you thank you. Something I search for by name. Colors are my biggest draw. I'll keep my eyes out.Paronelli made a series called the colorific. I have one, and it also happens to be my first pipe. Big straight billard.
They also came in more colorful finishes.
I showed my daughter the toilet pipe and man, she got a good laugh out of that!
A fellow from Moscow named Andrey Kharitonov. Recently did a thread when I bought them. Those bamboo pipes are amazing! Hot damn! Who makes those?
Well they do call them Dunnies.I like that you led with the Dunhill.
