Quick IQ Test

I know it's just for fun, but these tests always make me laugh. You cant figure your IQ without factoring in your age.

IQ = Intelligence quotient.

Mental age divided by chronological age multiplied by 100 = your IQ

That is discouraging ... I find I keep forgetting things as I get older. So my numerator is decreasing, while my denominator is increasing ... I am getting stupider as I get older. My wife wholeheartedly agrees. 8O

That's why you'll never see a "real" IQ test anywhere. (Or a standardized one anyways) I'm pretty sure the term IQ is just one of those things that'll stick around forever.
And as mentioned before, this thread does make me want some 1-Q :lol:

I still don't get the second sequence question.
The definition of IQ that I like best is simply the ability to recognize, learn and extrapolate from patterns.

The only thing an IQ test is good for is predicting how well you will do on IQ tests...
That said I'm glad my wife scored lower than me, I would have never heard the end of that.

134 also. I'm guessing that's the highest available. Not because I got it, but I think it is limited in scope, that's the lowest I've ever scored, and .... oh, yeah...it's just for fun, so I GOT 134! :lol:

I tested at the 98th percentile. Is that out of everyone who took the test or everyone in the whole world?
